It’s come to our attention that some bottles of our special release beers have become defunct in the field. First off, we are really sorry if you had an experience with any bunk beer. As we continue to grow, we’re also learning a lot about production brewing and the challenges it comes with. We take the quality of our beer seriously and want to make sure our best efforts make it into the market. Unfortunately, we have had some stuff slip through that’s not up to our standards. We want to make sure we rectify the situation ASAP. So if you have any “weird” or “off” bottles please email cs [at] shortsbrewing [dot] com and include the following:
How many Bottles were affected and of what brands?
Name and Address
Preference of
$3.40 per bottle gift certificate to pub
$2.50 per bottle refund
An Exchange Certificate for another six pack which can only be done at the brewery.
We thank you in advance for your patience and offer our sincere apologies for any unfortunate experiences. For a bunch of really ambitious home brewers, we’re learning a lot about this whole distribution thing. Rest assured quality is top priority. We are in the process or developing a lab, employing a new filler and lots of other new fancy gadgets to help us improve how we make and package our beer. We look forward to hearing from you. Please enjoy this video as we have already taken disciplinary action in-house for inferior quality making into the market.
