The Soft Parade

A fermented potion we call fruit rye ale. This gourmet specialty is engineered of toasted rye flakes and two row malted barley.  These ingredients make a beer that we ferment with freshly pureed strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. The result is a sweet effervescent fruit delicacy most notable for its alluring color and drink ability.

Enjoying a soft parade on a spring evening in Longmont, CO. Fabulously effervescent. I can’t believe this is 9%. I brought the beer home from a recent trip to Michigan, as all of my family is back there.

I enjoy seeing the plugs about Joe in All about beer, as I’ve been a reader for years now!
