Joe Short expertly created a beer that gives you the full-on multi-layered, lime to cream to graham cracker flavor experience of key lime pie. This tartly sweet 2010 GABF gold Medal Winner also uses all real ingredients (no extracts here, folks) and is delightfully crushable, especially considering the depth of flavor.
