Short's Brewing Company News: What happened to the blog?

We removed it. The blog was fun while it lasted. It was a good release for me. I was able to rant and rave about my hardships and adventures of being a brewer and business owner. I was also able to share the rewards I experienced as a brewer and business owner. Although the language was not so user friendly at times, it was all part of the picture I wanted to paint. Perhaps the public didn’t need a look that far into my psyche. But it was all raw, uncensored Joe Short. The stories I told were designed to be entertaining and to provide intimate insight into my life of craziness and chaos. It was my hope to entertain and educate through the blog. Short’s Brewing Company has consumed me. It is, and always has been a large part of who I am. Unfortunately, the enjoyment I once experienced from writing the blog has come to an end. The information I have denoted in past blogging is being used against Short’s Brewing Company in a negative way. Regardless of how accurate the content of the blog truly was, it has returned negative results contrary to its design. It’s really unfortunate that the blog was used deliberately to enhance hardships we already experience with running a small business. This challenge though, like many others will pass. From this experience we will gain strength. With this strength we will continue to do good things, as we are a company of honorable integrity. Although we lay the blog to rest, we gain the insight of SBC NEWS! SBC NEWS will inevitably be more challenging to maintain. With so much activity to report, it was only a matter of time before I outgrew the blog. SBC NEWS will be able to cover our activities in depth with a more user friendly approach. For all the moms out there I’m going to do my best to keep it profanity free. Here is to turning a new leaf.
