Production

Welcome to the production facility.  We purchased the old CSC manufacturing building in January of 2008. After nearly a year of intense research, fund-raising, and sweat equity we were able to design, construct and assemble everything to brew our first batch of beer.  Our first shipment of beer went out in March of 2009.  The first three truck loads of beer that were shipped were all hand labeled bottles.  We bought a labeler with our first shipment.

NOTE:

We don’t have a public component to this facility. Sorry.  We hope to at some point, but we’re still in “catch up” mode.  Since we can’t sell beer out of Elk Rapids or arrange for you to pick any up there please don’t stop by or call for that reason.  Unfortunately we also do not have a formal tour either. Just give us a little time.
