Tabula Rasa

Tabula Rasa is a pale orange medium sweet cider blended with apples from Altonen and King Orchards. Fragrant tart green apple aromas are followed by some cantaloupe and melon flavors. With hardly any bitterness or acidic intensity, the finish contains a lively cleansing effervescence with a trace of spice.
