Are you looking for an awesome summer job?  Look no further! Short’s is gearing up for the busy season, and we’re seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Bussers!

A Busser delivers food, stocks supplies, clears tables, and maintains the dining areas by sweeping floors and straightening tables/chairs/bar stools. Bussers work as a team, helping co-workers to improve workflow and customer service. Bussers are on their feet for the majority of their shift and often carry heavy trays of food, dishes, and glassware. The workspace can be crowded and the floor can be slippery, so caution with urgency must be practiced. No job is too big or too small. If it needs to be done, a Busser will work with their team to get the job done.

This is an at-will, hourly tipped position under the supervision of Pub Management.

  • Use down time to complete cleaning projects including the stage, breakroom, backstage, hi chairs and more.
  • Make friends and be friendly! Customer service is a huge part of the job, and the busser must be happy and enthusiastic, as well as knowledgeable about the food you deliver.
