Short’s Anni Party 18 takes place on the streets surrounding the pub in downtown Bellaire, with most of the festival grounds being on North Bridge Street. The festival entrance is located at the intersection of North Bridge Street and Broad Street.

Public parking is available throughout Bellaire, and there is a public parking lot at the intersection of S. Broad Street & Ohio Street.
