Food & Beer Pairing Featured ImageIt’s almost St. Patrick’s Day and we’re ready to celebrate with our friends at The Cheese Lady. We’ll be serving up a flight of artisanal cheeses with only the tastiest of brews ALL day long for $15.00 at our monthly beer and food pairing. Pairings will include some of our favorite Irish inspired brews.

Cheese menu:

1. ROOMANO PRADERA: Matured for 36 months, this is a cow`s milk gouda from the Netherlands. Romano developed a muted Carmel color and a uniquely intense yet sweet flavor.
2.FROMAGER D`AFFINOIS:  From France, this brie style cheese is ultra smooth. Made from cow`s milk, this cheese has a fresh full flavor that is buttery.
3. PRAIRIE BREEZE: Cow`s milk, from small family farms in Iowa. Pleasant, sweet nutty tones and crystal crunches make this something special.
4.HUMBOLT FOG:  An elegant bloody rind goat cheese. Humboldt Fog is hand crafted and features features a ribbon of edible ash. Creamy, luscious and slightly tangy.
5. VLASKAAS: Val Ska as is the harvest gouda. A cow`s milk gouda from Holland. Aged but still creamy and sweet.
