Elita 2018 is a blend of Erraticus Elita 2017 and Wild Cider aged in white wine barrels for 19 months. Light straw in color with beautiful clarity, this wild cider has prominent aromas of fruit, oak, and funk. Leading flavors of barnyard funk transform to apple and oak with a slight tropical tartness. Elita 2018 finishes dry and slightly nutty.
