Wild Cider fermented with MadCap coffee beans

Erraticus 18 is a Wild Cider made with Jonathon apples and fermented with Kanzu coffee beans from Madcap. This cider is light straw in color with floral coffee and funky tart apple aromas. Leading with coffee notes, it quickly fades to let the bright tart apple flavors shine. Erraticus 18 gets a little funky on the pallet before finishing dry with a touch of roast.
