Pomegranate cider aged in gin barrels

Erraticus 25 is a spontaneously fermented wild cider made with Rhode Island Greening apples and aged in gin barrels with pomegranate. This cider has notes of juniper, tart pomegranate and slight oak. It finishes with some fruity tartness and is very dry.
