Giveaway Terms & Conditions:

The Holiday Sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States and those who are 21 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Short’s Brewing Company, their distribution partners, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, children) are not eligible to participate.

Entrants will provide their name, phone number, and email address. Entries will be limited to 1 per email address. No purchase is required.

All entries will be collected at https://shortsbrewing.com/holiday

Determination of Winners:

On January 5, 2026, Short’s Brewing will conduct a random drawing to determine a winner. All entries will be assigned a random numerical value. The range of values will be entered into a data set and a random number picker will be used. The first number selected will be the winner. Two additional numbers will be drawn as backup. The winner will be notified via email and have until January 8th, 11:59pm to respond and claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed the next winner will be notified.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be permitted unless Short’s Brewing, in its sole discretion, determines otherwise. Short’s Brewing reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of comparable value, at its sole discretion.

Promotion of Short’s Brewing Holiday Sweepstakes will occur online and in retail locations.
