Origin Story
We got some local chestnuts a little under a year ago and they have been in our freezer since then. I really wanted to use them and thought the holiday season would be a perfect time. I thought a English Brown ale would be the perfect match,with a little flavor of chocolate and lightly toasted malt would pair really well with the chestnuts and nutmeg. The name also comes from a Christmas song by Tom Petty called "Christmas All Over Again".Hops
