Apple Sauce

ESB with cinnamon and McIntosh Apples from King Orchards served on nitrogen

Apple Sauce is an ESB with cinnamon, vanilla, and McIntosh Apples from King Orchards served on nitrogen. Amber in color with cascading bubbles that leave a frothy white head with aromas of cinnamon, apple, caramel, and roasted grain. The creamy texture gives this beer a full body that accentuates a blend of cinnamon, caramel, and apple flavors. This beer is well-balanced and finishes smooth. Apple Sauce is fall AF.

Origin Story

From Luke: Autumn Ale has always had a subtle lingering earthy/ apple skin taste to me. I thought it would be fun to tweak the Autumn Ale recipe slightly. I changed the malt bill a little bit, and I decided to add small amounts of cinnamon and vanilla. Backsweetening it post-fermentation with King's Mcintosh Apples, and serving it on Nitrogen was the kicker. The result was "Apple Sauce", and I'm really happy with how it turned out. Fall AF.
