Wheat India Pale Ale Brewed with Red Prickly Pear

We’re always thinking “what haven’t we brewed with yet?” And when we were on the hunt for weird stuff, we stumbled upon some red prickly pear and thought its tart characteristics would liven up a Wheat IPA. Using 100% Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand, the final result is bursting with berry, citrus, and wine-like notes to quench even the most parched of mouth holes.
