Colossally Ludicrous is a bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stout with vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup made exclusively for Holiday Market. Pitch black in color with a frothy mocha head, this beer has scents of chocolate, bourbon, oak, vanilla, and a touch of cinnamon. Initially this beer leads with big roasted chocolate and and heavy bourbon flavors. Full bodied and velvety smooth, vanilla notes give this beer a slight sweetness. Colossally Ludicrous finishes dry with a slight bitterness and flavors of cinnamon.
