Cherry Chocolate Fudge-inspired Stout
Cordially Reserved is a Cherry Chocolate Fudge-inspired Stout. Leading aromas of chocolate are complemented with hints of roast, cherry, caramel, and biscuit. Flavors of velvety chocolate mix with hints of cherry from King Orchards and light hop additions make this beer balanced and not overly sweet. Caramel and light roast flavors peek out before a dry finish.

Origin Story
So this beer was Hunter's idea and I put the recipe together. He wanted to try and recreate a cherry fudge that he likes at Fudgee's in Central Lake. So we used lactose, Montmorency cherries from King Orchards and Cholaca, to kind of make a Cherry fudge stout without actually adding fudge haha!Hops
