Dock Sitting

American India Pale Ale brewed with Citra, Mosaic, and Azacca hops and fermented with Vermont Ale Yeast

Azacca, Citra, and Mosaic—the holy trinity of hoppy goodness. Dock Sitting is an American IPA that showcases some of our favorite hops for a tropical extravaganza that’s perfectly bitter and balanced by fruity esters of peach, mango and citrus. Drinks best near any body of water.

Origin Story

This beer is being developed around a new yeast from The Yeast Bay called Vermont Ale yeast. It is also named after one of my favorite things to do in the summer, and I thought a good tropical hoppy, buy not too bitter, beer would be the perfect thing to drink on the dock. The name is also based of the picture below, which is what I would love to have converted into the image for the beer.

Hops

Citra, Mosaic, Azacca
