Erraticus 20 is a Wild Perry made with Gorham pears and aged in a mix of wine and oak barrels. This Perry is a light straw color with pear, oak, and a just touch of funky farmhouse aromas. Leading pear notes upfront are immediately followed by big oak flavors. Erraticus 20 finishes mildly dry with some funk and slightly sweeter than previous Erraticus offerings.
