White Skies is a golden colored Semi Dry Perry fermented with Ossia organic yeast and aged in White Oak barrels. Appealing lightly toasted oak aromatics flow pleasantly into moderate fruit and honey flavors. The overall body is light with a minimal amount of acidity.
