Ginger Oaked Elixir

Ginger Oaked Elixir is an Experimental American Blonde Ale brewed with ginger and conditioned with fresh French oak chips. This brew is pale orange in color with a lasting white head. It has a medium body, is moderately carbonated, and has aromas of ginger and oak. At first taste, Ginger Oaked Elixir has flavors of ginger and a malty sweetness while the finish is dry, oaky, and reminiscent of a classic ginger ale.
