Honey Root Field Ale
Imperial Experimental Field Ale brewed with honey, maple syrup, sweet potatoes, and Triple Pearl hops
Honey Root Field Ale is an Imperial Experimental Field Ale brewed with honey, maple syrup, sweet potatoes, and Triple Pearl hops – all local – as a fundraiser for Crosshatch Center for Art & Ecology. Copper in color with a white head, this beer has aromas of spice, chocolate, citrusy hops, and earthy grass. Leading with notes of cinnamon and citrus, the flavors quickly transition to notes of baked sweet potatoes, biscuit, caramel, and light maple. Medium bodied with a slight warming from the alcohol, this beer finishes dry, chocolatey and smooth.
