Miruvor

Belgian-style Farmhouse Ale with local Honey, heather and yarrow flower

Miruvor is a Belgian-style Grisette brewed with local honey, yarrow flower, and heather. This golden-colored beer has a floral and slightly spicy clove aroma that is reminiscent of a Saison. Leading floral flavors blend with spice and herbal qualities. Light-bodied and refreshing, this brew finishes dry. Named for the elvish drink from Tolkien’s writings, Miruvor was brewed in celebration of Kevin and Kate’s wedding in October 2019.
