IPA brewed with Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy hops

Nelson’s Nebula is an IPA brewed with Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy hops. Super hazy and golden in color, the frothy white head carries aromas of tropical passion fruit, citrus, berry, and subtle wine grapes. An initial blast of passion fruit and citrus flavors are followed by some mango and papaya notes. Full-bodied and bursting with tropical flavors, Nelson’s Nebula finishes dry and smooth.

Origin Story

Ryan had been wanting to make an IPA with Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy for a while and we had some Omega Tropical IPA yeast hanging around so he thought it would be the perfect time to make it. Fun fact about the yeast...this yeast strain is the same one we used in the original Alicornucopia that was later proven to not be Brett haha. He originally wanted to call in Nelson's Galaxy, after the two hops, but that was already taken so Nelson's Nebula was the next best option!
