Well, you partner with a local northern Michigan coffee roaster and use their espresso beans to add flavor in every step of the brewing process. Then you add a kiss of milk sugar and use nitrogen to blast it full of creaminess to create a beer that drinks like a cold brew with many of the same perks, that’s how!
