Pineapple Of My Eye is a dry hopped Kolsch style beer brewed with pineapple. Light golden in color with a white head and a slightly hazy appearance, this beer smells and has flavors of pineapple, lightly baked bread, and citrus. Light in body and with a juicy mouthfeel, Pineapple Of My Eye finishes very dry with a touch of bitterness. This beer was brewed in celebration of Erik and Hanna’s wedding in September 2017.
