PUB3000

German-style India Pale Ale celebrating 3,000 batches at the Bellaire brewpub

PUB3000 is a German-style IPA made with Hallertau Blanc, Mandarina Bavaria, and Huell Melon hops celebrating 3,000 batches brewed from the Short’s Bellaire Pub! With a light orange hue and frothy white head, this beer carries huge fruity, tropical aromas of gooseberry, pear, grapefruit, and melon reminiscent of a Sauvignon Blanc. The clean and crisp mouthfeel quickly transitions to a full-on fruity and tropical experience. The malt and hops shine with notes of wine-like pear, grapefruit, melon, and hints of tropical papaya. PUB3000 finishes crisp with little bitterness.

Origin Story

The 3000th batch of beer at the pub. We had some fun, citrusy German hops, and Ryan though an all German malt, yeast, and hop IPA would be a tasty way to celebrate!

Hops

Hallertau Blanc hops, Mandarina Bavaria hops, Huell Melon hops
