Inspired by Czech lagers and using the freshest, wettest, dankest Saaz hops from our friends at Hop Alliance, we crafted this harvest beer with a new-to-us yeast strain that’s meant to ferment at a low temp, resulting in a Kolsh-like finish in a fraction of the time it typically takes to lager a beer. Anywho—we’re calling it a pseudo-lager and it’s packed with fruity, Belgian-esque aromas and flavors and finishes clean and dry with just a tickle of hops.
