Starshot is an India Pale Lager brewed with Polaris, Saphir, and Aurora hops from Hop Head Farms in Hickory Corners, Michigan. Starshot’s unique hop profile provides both aromas of grass and citrus as well as big grassy flavors and a resonating bitterness. The use of lager yeast gives this brew with a crisp, clean finish.
