India Pale Ale

All hail Old School IPAs. Don’t get us wrong, we love a hazy from time to time, but we were craving bitter so we brought it back in a big way with Start Making Sense. We used old school hops like Centennial, Simcoe, Columbus, Amarillo, Galaxy, and Cascade for their resinous pine, grapefruit, and tropical passion fruit characteristics and built a malty backbone to hold it all together. The result is a balanced, medium bodied brew with that dry, bitter finish we have been craving.
