Our first batch in our new oak fermenters! Fermented 100% in oak, this pale ale has notes of citrus and oak. Pale yellow in color with a frothy white head, The Pale Oak has a medium body and is very refreshing with a dry finish. We kept the recipe simple to allow the wood flavors to shine thru.
