Light in color with a lingering white head, Throwing Copper has an aroma comprised of notes of grass, citrus , biscuit, and graham cracker. A grassy hop flavor is balanced by a malty backbone. Medium-bodied and finishing with a slight bitterness, this Pale Ale is reminiscent of a wet hopped beer.
