Voyager

Voyager is a farmhouse style cider brewed with a late season blend of apples and fermented with brettanomyces and Pinot Noir yeast. This clear bright white cider has light fruit scents of wine and white grapes with even some subtle clove and anise aromas. A slightly hightened acidity is accompanied by some tasty lemony flavors before a complimentary dry finish.
