Short’s fans of summer, this one’s for you. It might be the end of August, but there’s no need to throw in the towel on the season of sunshine and shandies just yet. All summer long you’ve been sipping on Soft Parade Shandy on tap at your favorite locals spots, but the call for bottles was undeniable. We heard you, our Production Team talked about it, and we decided to add one more specialty bottle release to the season before it’s gone.
Soft Parade Shandy (4.2% ABV – 12 IBU) is a blend of Short’s flagship Fruit Rye Ale, Soft Parade, and Northwoods Soda & Syrup Co. Gourmet Lemonade. This beer is raspberry in color and smells like fresh berry lemonade. Soft Parade‘s signature berry flavor is enhanced by the addition of citrus. Soft Parade Shandy finishes with the faint taste of fruit candy. It is light in body and very refreshing.
This specialty brew is already flying off the shelves at the pub, Short’s Mart, and Pull Barn and we expect it to move just as quickly in stores! If you want a taste of this fruity, thirst quenching brew for your Labor Day weekend, head to the store soon!
