One of our most popular concept beers, Strawberry Short’s Cake bottles are once again available in very limited quantities throughout the great state of Michigan.
A golden ale creates the perfect foundation for the experimental Strawberry Short’s Cake (5% ABV, 25 IBU). The additions of strawberries and milk sugar transform this beer into a rose-colored nectar that is pleasingly sweet with hints of cream. Biscuit flavors and aromas arise from the use of large amounts of Victory malt.
