Noble Chaos is classified as an "Oktoberfest" or American Style Amber Lager. In the spirit of Oktoberfest, the German Style Marzen is brewed in March (Marzen) and then lagered (cold aged) in caves until released at the end of the summer for "Oktoberfest".
