Melt My Brain, our silver medal award winning, cocktail inspired, sessionable, Experimental Golden Ale is back for the summer! Making it’s debut at our Eleventh Anniversary Extravaganza in April 2015, Melt My Brain quickly won over tastebuds at home and in the field. An appearance at the 2015 Great American Beer Festival helped to earn this juniper and lime filled brew a spot on our 2016 specialty release schedule where it proved to be a bonafide fan favorite. Which leads to where are today; stoked to be introducing Melt My Brain as our summer 2017 seasonal on tap, in bottles, AND in cans!
Melt My Brain (3.8% ABV – 18 IBU) is an experimental Golden Ale brewed with coriander, juniper berries, limes and blended with tonic water to create the tasting experience of drinking a gin and tonic cocktail. Delicate aromas of citrus and pine flow into bold bright flavors of sweet lime with a slightly sticky bitterness. Refreshing and clean, a tasty tonic effervescence provokes the palate for more.
