We make a lot of IPAs here at Short’s. What can we say? We’re big hop heads and nothing gets us more excited than that fresh, green smell of hops in the brewhouse. Several of our brewers have taken a turn at creating their custom blend for this style, and while all have been delicious, we’re always excited when our head pub brewer’s blend, Sticky Icky Icky returns!
Sticky Icky Icky (7.1% ABV – 78 IBU) is a radiantly dank, clear copper-colored American India Pale Ale loaded with citrusy hop aromas. This light, yet full-bodied, ale seems perfectly balanced by equal parts sweet malt and fruity juicy hops. A medium bitterness lingers in the finish with a subtle earthiness.
