Always on Vacation (4.1% ABV – 70 IBU) is a session Pale Ale brewed with Motueka and Galaxy hops. Always On vacation has a light copper hue, slight haze, and a frothy white head. A super dank and juicy aroma complements a juicy mouth feel and flavors of tropical fruits. This session Pale Ale has a medium body and finishes dry and slightly bitter.
Lil’ Creepster (6.6% ABV – 9 IBU) is an amber colored German-style Gose brewed with a lil’ bit of apricot, orange peel, coriander, and lemon grass. Sweet and acidic fruit aromatics lead into bright flavors of apricot and nectarine with a strong tanginess and citrus-like sourness. With a light pleasant saltiness throughout, from the addition of Himalayan sea salt, the finish is clean with a tart lingering dryness.
Schnozzleberry Griffin (5.0% ABV – 24 IBU) is an instantly appealing magenta colored American Wheat Ale made with Oolong tea and blackberries. The rich berry filled aroma suggests an overshadowing of the soft flour-like contributions of the malted wheat. As expected, crisp tart fruity flavors create a pleasantly sour and slightly tangy mouthfeel that leads into a lightly acidic, and semi-dry finish.
Sustenance Black Beer (7.3% ABV – 25 IBU) is classically referred to as a Schwarz beer, is a dark American Lager brewed in the spring. Soft and sweet on the palate, the roasted, dark caramel grains lend to a satisfying drinking experience, while Lager yeast creates a refreshing thirst-quenching sensation. This combination provides a rich, full-flavored, light-bodied brew.
