Chief Hopper: Chief Hopper (9.2% ABV – 82) is a Double IPA hopped with Vic Secret, Simcoe, and Centennial hops inspired by the show “Stranger Things.” Chief Hopper is deep gold in color and has a dense white head. Dank aromas of pine, grapefruit, pineapple, and mango are accompanied by just a hint of malt. Smooth and balanced in flavor, a citrus forefront is matched with equal malt character.
Dr. Thrillride: Dr. Thrillride (5.0% ABV – 35% IBU) is a Porter brewed with coffee and vanilla. This beer is a deep brown color and pours with a frothy mocha head. Well-balanced aromas and flavors of fresh coffee, chocolate, and a hint of vanilla abound from this brew. Dr. Thrillride is medium-bodied and easy drinking.
Bavarian Benchmark: Bavarian Benchmark (5.3% ABV – 20 IBU) is a light golden colored Munich Helles with doughy yeast esters and soft grain aromatics. Refreshing and clean, prominent flavors of lightly kilned Pilsen malt lead into a slightly bitter finish with some pleasant grassy notes from the traditional German hops used in brewing this beer.
It’s About Thyme: It’s About Thyme (7.6% ABV – 60 IBU) is a golden orange colored American India Pale Ale brewed with orange blossom honey and fresh thyme. Pungent dank hop aromas blend perfectly with some herbal, bready and light sweet citrus complements. Definitive thyme and fruity apricot-like hops flavors, lead into a sticky hop finish, with an enhanced dryness brought on by the honey’s higher degree of fermentability. The overall bitterness builds as it lingers on the palate.
