Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
As a Seasonal Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire visit. With your friendly smile, engaging personality, and passion for all things Short’s, you’ll:
- Greet and seat guests with enthusiasm and charm
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Act as a Short’s Brewing ambassador, sharing your knowledge of our brews and menu
- Help maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere
- Collaborate with your team to ensure a seamless guest experience
What we’re looking for:
- A people person with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a hosting or customer service role (preferred, but not required)
- A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A genuine love for craft beer and the Short’s Brewing brand
- The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
