Beer Dinner with Joe Short

Sedona Taphouse in Novi is proud to welcome Joe Short for a four-course beer dinner paired with Short’s Brews! Come on out and hear stories from the man behind the Brews and enjoy some delicious food.
– Meet and greet w/ Local’s Light
– First course: Steamed Shrimp – Old Bay, house-made cocktail sauce, horseradish. GF HH w/ Huma Lupa Licious
– Second course: Strawberry & Beet Salad – Fresh strawberries, roasted beets, organic greens, candied pecans, green onions, and gorgonzola crumbles. House-made strawberry vinaigrette. GF VO
w/ Critterless
– Third course: Wildman Pork Chop- Fontina smothered frenched pork chop with exotic mushroom cream sauce served with garlic whipped potatoes and southwest corn. GF
w/ Local’s Amber
– Fourth course: 4 layers of Chocolate Cake
