The Outfit Live in the Beer Garden!

The Outfit is an exciting, five-piece, string band from southeast Michigan featuring fiddle, upright bass, acoustic guitar, banjo, mandolin, 3 lead singers and plenty of vocal harmony. Their music is steeped in the tradition of bluegrass’s great pickers and songwriters, from Doc Watson to Tony Rice, John Prine to Bob Dylan and beyond. The boys are also not afraid to paint outside the lines and venture into other genres like reggae and gypsy jazz. Their voices paint a smooth blend of harmony over a canvas of beautiful string rhythm and melody. The storytelling embedded in the songwriting of singers, Jeff Warner, Ashton Young and Vaughn Mortimer, each bringing their own unique perspectives to the table, is sure to peak the interest of the lyric lovers.
