Gitchy Gitchy Ooh La La
Experimental Kolsch Style Ale brewed with lemon and cucumber
How do you make a Kolsch even more refreshing? We took our inspiration from spa water and added copious amounts of lemon juice and cucumber to create Gitchy Gitchy Ooh La La, resulting in a bold but quaffable brew that is also a great homage to a dog named Sue, the good-est boy who belonged to our beloved pub brewer, Luke. “If I had a tail I’d own the night.”

Origin Story
We discovered it while doing some blind trials for Great Lakes Hops. They sent us a small amount of 20 varieties of hops to test out, and we chose Michigan Copper as our favorite. So then, I went on a statewide search to find a farmer who was actually growing it, and came across Monica and Dan from Die Hoppy Farm.Hops
