Seems fitting that this interview took place on the morning of the 11 Year Anniversary Extravaganza where Joe got to celebrate another year of Short’s Brewing Company and looked to the future of brewing in Bellaire. Dan and Joe talk about how they met at the late Michigan Brewing Company and how Dan pushed Joe to become the brewmaster and businessman he is today.
