Short’s Brewing Company and Otus Supply are stoked to announce the Short’s Brewing Co. & Old Forester Concert Series. Taking place at The Parliament Room in Ferndale, MI, the concert series will take place in October, November, and December of this year. Throughout the fall Otus Supply and the Parliament Room will pour an expanded selection of Short’s brews including Flagships Huma Lupa Licious and Soft Parade, pub only beers, and Starcut Ciders on draft.
According to Pauline Knighton-Prueter, Short’s Sales Manager, “Short’s is all about music and we have a long history of working with local and regional musicians at our brewpub. It was a natural fit to work with the team at Otus Supply as they are working hard to bring intimate musical experiences to the people of metro Detroit. To celebrate all things music and beer, we are also working with Ian Redmond, Otus Supply’s Beverage Director, to collaborate on a beer to be served exclusively at Otus Supply during the concert series.”
Three major events, one each month of the series will take place beginning with “Short’s, Strings & Shivers” on Tuesday, October 10th, 2017. Feature performances by Whiskey Shivers and Billy Strings, and an intimate patio pre-party will begin at 7:30 pm. Short’s Brewing Co., Founder, CEO, and Creative Engineer, Joe Short, will be sharing Short’s beers at the event.
Enjoy brews from Short’s Super Hoppy Holidays series while listening to the musical stylings of Ween tribute band, Mega Weedge, on Thursday, November 16th. Details regarding a December event will be announced in the coming weeks.
