Help us celebrate another year of beer liberation as we gather at the Hopcat to honor the “liberator” himself. For the past 3 years, Hopcat has honored Joe Short by throwing him a birthday celebration of epic proportions and as the man himself gets a year older, the beer list also grows to suit the occasion.
