The New Look of Bellaire Brown

This month we’re celebrating the updated label art of our favorite brown ale, Bellaire Brown. Don’t worry Short’s fans, the beer in the bottle hasn’t changed, we’ve just lightened up our label art and packaging to better depict one of our favorite hometown landmarks, the Antrim County Courthouse.

For those of you who are new to this tried and true Short’s brew, Bellaire Brown is a full-flavored brown ale that derives sweet caramel and toasted qualities from four different kinds of malt and specialty grains. Select hop varieties create an enticing aroma and dry finish. Bellaire Brown is very dark and rich, which makes it hard to classify as a brown, but it is certainly considered a delicious masterpiece.

We know you might be thinking, “hey, why would I drink a Brown Ale in July,” and the answer is simple. Bellaire Brown is the perfect beer to pair with anything hot off the grill. In honor of this refresh, we’re celebrating this month with #cheersandcharcoal and an Instagram giveaway! Pick up a six pack of Bellaire Brown and show us what you’re cooking up by tagging your Instagram posts with the hashtag #cheersandcharcoal. Photos posted with the hashtag from now until July 20th will be eligible. We’ll select 3 winners who will each receive a pair of tickets to Short’s Fest, held at our Production Facility in Elk Rapids, on August 8th. Follow Short’s on Instagram at @shortsbrewing
