If you’ve been to our pub, you have seen the sign. But what does it really mean?
At Short’s, we’re passionate about bringing out to beautiful Bellaire some of the best up-and-coming musical acts from across Michigan. In order to allow as many patrons as possible to enjoy the music that inspires us, we haven’t charged a cover at the door. The purpose of the Honor Cover system is to enable the artists to be properly compensated for sharing their talents with the Short’s community. That’s where you come in.
Whether you’re able to pay $2 or $12, we hope you’ll continue to contribute generously in order to keep the program alive. Craft beer, delicious food, and good company just feel better when enhanced by live music.
